Who runs SRHORA Profit
SRHORA Profit is operated under SRHWorks. For anything concerning your data — access, correction or deletion — email srhora@srhworks.com and we will reply.
What is collected
Your email address and password, so you can sign in. Your business name and type, which you enter during setup. The sales and expense records you enter or import. If you join the waiting list, your email address only.
Passwords are never stored in readable form. Card details are never collected — and during beta there are no payments at all.
What is not collected
No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, no analytics that follow you across other sites. We do not sell your data to anyone, and will not.
Where it is stored
With an established cloud provider, in data centres in the Asia Pacific region. This means your data is stored outside Malaysia, and you have a right to know that.
Who can see it
You. The database enforces row-level isolation, so other users cannot read your records even if they try. The high-privilege server key is restricted so that it cannot read the business, sales or expense tables at all.
How long
For as long as your account exists. Delete your account and the related records go with it. Waiting-list emails are deleted once used or on your request.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask for access to your data, its correction, or its deletion. You can also export your own records as a CSV file at any time from the Sales and Expenses pages, without asking anyone.
If there is a data breach
You will be told, and the Personal Data Protection Commissioner will be notified within the required period. We will not stay quiet about it.
